How to return a product to us

RETURN INFORMATION

At Scrubs Express our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for any reason within 30 calendar days of purchase. You can visit our store to exchange or return your item(s) or return by mail.  Understandably, we cannot accept returns of items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped. Footwear must be clean and in original condition. Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to the white soles. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.


RETURNS PROCEDURE

If item is returned in new condition within 30 days, with proof of purchase (i.e., your packing slip) and the item(s) have not been worn, washed, embroidered or damaged by the purchaser, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the product, based on your original payment method (i.e.credit card). If you do not have a packing slip or original order number, call us at 1-607-729-0077 and we will search for your order information. We process all returns immediately upon receipt of the item(s). Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit will be posted to your credit card account the day we process your return.


HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S) 

You can visit our location(s) to exchange or return your item(s) or return by mail. 


There are two ways to return an item:


1) Visit our our store with your receipt: 1908 Vestal Pkwy East,  Vestal, NY 13850 

2) Mail it with your receipt by using the return shipping information provided here. Ship via insured mail or carrier. Return shipping cost and original shipping and handling are not refundable unless item is manufacturer defective when shipped. If you would like to make an exchange, please refer to the sizing charts to assure proper fit and note "exchange" on the return label. Please allow 14 calendar days for us to receive and process your return.  you can send your return along with the completed Return & Exchange form via insured prepaid US mail or UPS to:

If you need assistance prior to returning your item(s), please call us at 1-607-729-0077. Please ensure to save your tracking number when you mail back merchandise for return or exchange. Please be aware of that all returns are  subject to a 20% restocking fee.
